During your two-hour design session, you’ll work one-on-one with our team to design the look of your wedding day using our curated décor collection. This includes selecting:
Arbor style and ceremony décor
Table centerpieces and statement pieces
Color palette and design direction
Custom signage elements
Adorn allows couples to see, touch, and visualize their décor in person—ensuring a cohesive design that reflects your style while remaining seamless for setup and execution on your wedding day.
Most couples schedule their two-hour design session in Adorn about three to six months before their wedding date.
By this point, core vendors are typically secured, but your design details are still flexible. This timing allows you to finalize:
Color palette and overall design direction
Arbor and ceremony décor selections
Table centerpieces and statement pieces
Custom signage and finishing touches
If you’re planning from out of state or have a shorter engagement, we can adjust the timing and help you prepare in advance so your session is focused and efficient.
Yes—couples are welcome to bring personal décor items, as long as they comply with our venue and safety guidelines.
Many couples choose to blend a few personal touches with pieces from our in-house décor collection for a cohesive look. However, any décor you bring must be fully set up, managed, and removed by you or your designated helpers.
This includes:
Setup and placement
Moving or adjusting items throughout the day, if needed
Complete removal at the end of the event
Our team is happy to advise on how personal items will integrate with your selected design, but we are not able to set up, move, or break down outside décor.
Yes — enclosed flames are permitted, such as votives, lanterns, or hurricane-style glass.
For safety and insurance reasons, open or exposed flames aren’t allowed anywhere on the property. Our design team can help you incorporate candlelight in ways that are both beautiful and venue-approved.
This policy aligns with venue safety standards and insurance requirements.
To protect the property and ensure an easy cleanup, a few décor items aren’t permitted at Beau Cheval.
These include:
Loose confetti or glitter
Plastic, nylon, or artificial flower petals
Rice, birdseed, or balloon releases
Open flames, sparklers or other fireworks
Anything that can’t be fully cleaned up the same day
We’re always happy to suggest venue-approved alternatives that create the same visual impact—without the mess or safety concerns.
