Deposits are non-refundable and secure your wedding date, venue access, and dedicated planning resources.
Once a date is reserved, it’s removed from availability and our team begins preparation and coordination specific to your event. For this reason, deposits cannot be transferred or refunded.
All deposit details and payment terms are clearly outlined in your contract so there are no surprises.
We accept the following payment methods for all deposits and scheduled payments:
Check
ACH transfer
Venmo
Zelle
Debit card (no processing fee)
Credit card (a small convenience fee applies)
For each scheduled payment, you’ll receive a secure payment link via Square. Once a payment is submitted, your running invoice updates automatically, so you always have a clear view of balances and due dates.
All contracts and payments at Beau Cheval are handled securely and digitally for clarity, convenience, and accurate record-keeping.
Yes. Monthly payments are part of our standard booking process at Beau Cheval.
Your payment schedule is outlined in your contract and automatically displayed on your running invoice, making it easy to track due dates and balances at any time.
You’re always welcome to pay ahead or in larger amounts. The scheduled monthly payment represents the minimum required to keep your account current and your date securely reserved.
If a payment isn’t received by its due date, our system automatically sends a payment reminder.
If the balance remains unpaid after the grace period outlined in your contract, a late fee is applied, and the account is considered past due.
On-time payments are required to keep your date secured and your contract in good standing. All payments submitted through our secure payment links post instantly to your running invoice, helping avoid delays or missed updates.
If you anticipate a delay, contact us as soon as possible. Proactive communication can often prevent additional fees or complications.
Beau Cheval pays all of our in-house and preferred vendors. Couples pay any outside vendors they choose to bring in.
This structure is intentional. Vendors contracted through Beau Cheval are paid directly by us, allowing for streamlined coordination, consistent standards, and proper compliance with tax and insurance requirements.
If you bring an outside vendor who is not on our preferred list, payment is handled directly between you and that vendor. This keeps the process simple for everyone and avoids delays related to one-time vendor paperwork.
Regardless of who issues payment, our team still coordinates timing, arrivals, setup, and logistics with all approved vendors to ensure a smooth and well-executed wedding day.
If you need to cancel your event, all payments made to date are non-refundable, as outlined in your contract. Written notice is required for all cancellations and becomes effective immediately upon receipt.
If you choose to change your wedding date, all deposits and payments are forfeited, and a new deposit is required to reserve a future date. Any rescheduled event is subject to current pricing and availability at the time of rebooking.
Because date changes and cancellations significantly impact availability and planning, we strongly recommend considering event cancellation insurance through a third-party provider.
