Our All-Inclusive wedding package is designed to be as turn-key and stress-free as possible while still giving you the freedom to make it your own.

Here’s what’s included:

• 12-hour or 8-hour venue rental with the option to purchase additional hours

• Timeline customized for your special day

• Venue manager and staff to coordinate vendor arrivals, oversee setup and cleanup, and manage your timeline

• Full ceremony and reception setup including tables & chairs using your bespoke layout. We have both indoor and outdoor ceremony locations

• Venue cleanup and trash removal after the event

• Complimentary photography session with our rescue horse for the Bride & Groom {weather permitting}

• Catered brunch for the wedding party while getting ready

• Catered reception dinner – typically includes one entrée, three side dishes, bread, sweet tea, unsweet tea, lemonade, water, cups, ice, napkins, elegant plates, flatware, catering staff, cleanup, and trash removal

• Wedding cake and/or dessert

• Bride’s bouquet and Groom’s boutonniere {flower options include fresh, silk & dried}

• Bar preparation & service – includes large copper-top bar, dispensers, cups, ice, and cocktail napkins all serviced by our licensed team

• Cocktail Tables & Lawn Games included for social hour {weather permitting}

• Professional photographer

• DJ with dual sound systems for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

• Design Session in our décor showroom (Adorn) plus setup and removal of all in-house décor

• 45-minute Rehearsal with the on-site manager in preparation for your celebration

• 30-Day meeting approximately one month prior to your event. Detailed review of your event elements such as timeline, decor, bar menu, vendors, and creation of the fair-weather & inclement-weather plans.

Our goal is to deliver a complete, seamless wedding experience where every essential detail is handled, yet you still have the flexibility to bring in your personal vision, style, and vendors.

We can host up to 300 guests — the perfect space for a romantic, unforgettable celebration!

We offer 8 and 12 hour packages

• Our hours of operation are from 8 a.m. until midnight, however, all amplified music must end at 11 p.m.

• If you contract for the 8-hour package you select an 8 hour period during our hour of operations. For example if you arrive at 1 p.m., then the venue will close at 9 p.m.

• If you contract for the 12-hour package you select an 12 hour period during our hour of operations. For example if you arrive at 11 a.m., then the venue will close at 11 p.m.

Yes, with prior approval, you can purchase additional hours not to exceed 3 additional hours, so you can savor every moment without feeling rushed.

Yes! Couples enjoy access to our on-site Bridal Suite and Groom’s Room on the day of the wedding.

• The Bridal Suite is a multi-room space featuring a large vanity with mirror, multiple wall mirror, full-length, comfortable seating, and two full baths.

• The Groom’s Room includes a wine cellar, large screen Smart TV, Pac-Man arcade game, sofas, wingback chairs, and a semi-private outdoor “smoking” deck overlooking the rolling hills and barns.

These curated spaces, filled with antique and vintage furniture, give the wedding party room to relax, get ready, and enjoy the property before the ceremony. They also offer beautiful photo opportunities, with every corner styled to create timeless, elegant moments you’ll want to capture.

Yes! Every booked couple receives a complimentary engagement photo session on the property. It’s a wonderful way to get comfortable in front of the camera and capture romantic pre-wedding images at Beau Cheval.

Many couples choose to add the Notebook Rowboat during their session—it makes for beautiful, cinematic photos on the pond.
