Our All-Inclusive package covers: 12-hour venue rental (with optional extra hours); full ceremony and reception setup including arbor, tables, chairs, and in-house décor placement; bar prep and setup; catered wedding-party brunch; catered reception dinner with one entrée, three sides, bread, tea (sweet and unsweet), lemonade, water, elegant plates and flatware; buffet service with staff, cleanup, and trash removal; wedding cake; bride’s bouquet and groom’s boutonniere; 5-hour bar service with a licensed/insured bartender, cups, ice, and cocktail napkins; professional photographer; DJ with two sound systems (ceremony + reception); venue manager to coordinate vendors and timeline; full post-event cleanup; and a two-hour design session in Adorn with setup/removal of in-house décor.

How does your process work?

Accepted Answer

Tour the property and receive your quote. When you’re ready, click Ready to Book, answer a short form, then use the secure Accept link to e-sign. After both partners sign, your deposit link activates. Once the deposit is paid, we issue your countersigned certificate and your date is locked.

How does your bar service work?

Accepted Answer

Our bar package includes a licensed and insured bartender (two for 175+ guests) plus cups, ice, and cocktail napkins. You provide the alcohol and mixers; we handle setup, service, and cleanup. Standard service includes two signature cocktails, beer, and wine, with customized quotes and a frozen margarita machine available.

How do we know how much alcohol and mixers to bring?

Complete our Bar Preference Form and you’ll receive a personalized Bar Estimate PDF that calculates quantities by guest count, event length, and bar style—giving you an easy shopping list. We can also connect you with a local supplier who offers event-size discounts and buys back unopened, unused product.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Accepted Answer

Yes—Beau Cheval is BYOB. All alcohol must be purchased from a licensed retailer and served by our bartenders. Guests may not bring their own alcohol (no tailgating), and homemade or unlicensed alcohol, including moonshine, is not permitted.

Can we use our own wedding vendors at Beau Cheval?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are flexible with outside vendors. Vendors not on our preferred list are paid directly by the couple; any package funds allocated to a replaced vendor are refunded to you. The only surcharge for using a non-preferred vendor is catering due to the added coordination required.

Do you require vendor insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All outside vendors must carry liability insurance and list Beau Cheval in Wartrace as an additional insured for your event date.

Do you have spaces for getting ready?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Couples enjoy a fully appointed Bridal Suite (vanity, mirror, lounge seating, two full baths) and a Groom’s Room with TV, Ms. Pac-Man, sofas, wingback chairs, and a semi-private deck overlooking the farm. Venue-wide Wi-Fi is available.

Do you offer engagement photo sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Booked couples receive a complimentary engagement session on the property. Many add the Notebook Rowboat for cinematic pond photos.

Question 10

Can we do a rehearsal the day before?

Accepted Answer

We provide a 45-minute rehearsal the day before your wedding if no other event is booked; otherwise it’s scheduled earlier in your wedding week. Some couples opt for a brief run-through the morning of the event.

What’s required to book?

Accepted Answer

Both partners’ electronic signatures on the contract and a 25% deposit. Once complete, your contract is countersigned and your date is secured.

Can we make monthly payments?

Accepted Answer

Yes—monthly payments are required. Your contract and running invoice show the schedule. You may pay ahead or in larger amounts, but the monthly minimum keeps your account current.

What happens if a payment is late?

Our system sends a reminder on the due date. If unpaid after the contract’s grace period, a late fee applies. Timely payments keep your date locked and your contract in good standing.
