Our Privacy Policy explains:

  • What information we collect.

  • How we collect that information.

  • How we use that information.

  • The choices we offer, including how to access and update information

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM AND ABOUT YOU.

PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION. The term “Personally Identifiable Information” (“PII”) refers to personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, birth date, credit card number, e-mail address or mailing address, and any other information that is identified with you personally, including your individual health information. Other than cookies, as described below, the only PII we currently collect through this Site is the information you voluntarily give us when you use the Site. For example, you may use this site to contact us with questions and comments. When you fill out a form on a Site, you may provide your name and other contact information, including your company’s name, your e-mail address, and your mailing address or the mailing address of your company or other PII. When you submit information through the Site, you may receive a confirmation e-mail if you enter a valid e-mail address.

PAYMENT AND BILLING INFORMATION. When purchasing tickets to an event, you may be required to provide third-party vendors or agents with the information necessary to process the ticket order; specifically, name, address, credit card number, and other information required by them, according to the terms of such third parties’ privacy policies. By providing such information to such parties, you consent to their use of such information to provide such tickets, and hereby release us, and AC Entertainment (“ACE”), and our respective parents, members, subsidiaries, officers, and directors from any liability with respect to such information collected by third parties.

INFORMATION YOU POST. For example, we may collect or use a third party’s data from information you post in a public space on a Site or on a third-party web or social media site.

INFORMATION YOU SHARE WITH AFFILIATED PARTIES. Subject to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies, we may collect PII or Non-PII from Affiliated Parties (as defined below).

DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION. We may collect or use a third party’s information about events you like or products you buy. We might collect this as part of a survey, for example.

LOCATION INFORMATION. Information collected through the Site includes any information identified in this policy that may be collected through the Site, in the forms of both GPS data and/or beacon transmitter data, (if enabled on your mobile device).

NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION. “Non-Personally Identifiable Information” (or “Non-PII”) is aggregated information, demographic information, IP addresses and any other information that does not reveal your specific identity. In addition to the information you provide when you use the Site, we use technology to collect anonymous information about the use of the Site. For example, we use technology to track how many visitors access the Site, the date and time of their visit, the length of their stay, and which pages they viewed. We also use technology to determine which web browsers visitors use and the address from which they accessed the Site (for example, if they connected to the Site by clicking on a banner ad).

This technology does not identify you personally. It simply enables us to compile statistics about visitors and their use of the Site. We and our affiliates use this anonymous data and share it with third parties to improve the content and functionality of the Site, to better understand customers and markets, and to improve products and services.

WE COLLECT INFORMATION IN DIFFERENT WAYS.

WE COLLECT INFORMATION DIRECTLY FROM YOU. WE COLLECT INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE DIRECTLY TO US THROUGH USE OF THE SITE.

WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM YOU PASSIVELY. We may also collect data passively through cookies or tracking devices as described below.

WE COLLECT INFORMATION THROUGH THIRD PARTIES. Often, we may collect the data referred to above not only directly but also passively through other third party sites, plug-ins, or mobile applications. You should refer to those policies on how collection of data is handled.

CO-BRANDED PAGES. In some instances, we have partnered with third party vendors that may offer, among other things, merchandise, or push advertisements to you through their own websites or mobile applications. Those third-party websites or mobile applications may, with our permission, be skinned to look similar to, or demonstrate an affiliation with us. Such third-party vendors have a separate privacy policy which you should review carefully if you choose to use the third-party website or mobile application. Use of any such third-party website or third party mobile application, and providing information to such third-party websites or applications, constitutes your consent to us to collect and use the same information in a manner consistent with this Policy. Note, however, that such third-party websites or mobile applications may not recognize or respond to “Do Not Track” headers from web browsers, and therefore it may be necessary to opt-out of such information collection through these third parties, in accordance with their respective privacy policy or policies. We and ACE expressly disclaim any liability for use of information provided to third parties and made available to us or ACE.

AGGREGATED DATA. Further, third parties or vendors may aggregate data they collect from us with other data about you and you hereby release us and ACE, and our respective parents, subsidiaries, members, and their officers, directors, and employees from any liability with respect to such information collected or aggregated by third parties. Further, we may aggregate data across our Site.
